Howdy y'all,

So I've successfully survived my first few days in the MTC. (This letter will be rather brief as they just gave us a few minutes to report/inform of things we are missing/forgot). Just an FYI, My P-day is on Tuesday so if anyone wants to send me an email, that'd be the day to do it. Also a more detailed report of my excursions thus far will be coming then. 

All I will say for now is that the Spirit is soooooo strong here. The opportunities I've had to learn and study the scriptures and how to be a better/more effective missionary have served to further strengthen my testimony that the church is true and contains the fulness of the everlasting gospel. What people have said about the MTC feeling closer to heaven are definitely true (both as the spirit is so much stronger and more potent here and because it almost feels as if time here is reckoned in a manner similar to that of Kolob). 

Well that's all for now. I love you all and I'll write again on Tuesday (also, for those who are curious, I fly out to DC on Tuesday the 18th).
