Greetings y'all!
This week ended up being largely a week of service, which is always
fun! Between a fridge, a dog house, a large fence cage, and a bunch of
firewood, many a thing was lifted and moved from its original location
to one designated by the person being served!
Other than that, on Wednesday, we FINALLY got our car back (after a
week of walking and mooching rides from our roommates)! I am
incredibly grateful and appreciative of vehicular transportation now
that I've had to once again, attempt to keep a massive area alive
without it!
Other notable events this week: we were able to spend some time with
the Chamberlains! Still no update on whether or not we will be able to
teach the boys, but hopefully she will be able to start coming to
church again soon, which is great! We also got back in contact with
the Hydes, unfortunately, they were all sick, so we will have to set
up another time to go over and visit them!
Great news as well: there have been a few less-a give families
returning to church the last few weeks, a few of them have kids that
haven't been baptized so we will hopefully have more families to work
with to help the kids reach that goal (which are my favorite people to
work with because I get to teach the kids the gospel and see the
parents relearn/become strengthened at the same time!)!
And that there more or less summarizes the week pretty well! We are
continuing to look for more people to teach with varying degrees of
success, so hopefully something comes out of that as well! I love you
all! Have a fantastic week and an amazing Thanksgiving!
Sincerely,
Elder Sam Williams
